Richard Walling
Mr. Walling is the founder of Conder Capital and has served as president since its formation in 1999. He also serves as Chairman of the Board. In 1992 he received an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. Upon graduation, he was hired by Société Privée de Gérance (SPG International), the one of the largest investment firms in Switzerland. FGB Realty Advisors later hired Mr. Walling as an advisor to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). He was responsible for financial analysis, marketing, and multi-family assets transactions.  In December of 1994, Mr. Walling was hired by Banc One Management & Consulting a subsidiary of Banc One Capital, the investment banking arm of Bank One Corporation. He worked in the origination and acquisition of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and bid on the unrated portion of billion dollar CMBS offerings. In late 1996, Mr. Walling joined the consulting practice of SAP America as a management consultant. In 1997 he became the lead financial and controlling consultant for a major enterprise project at Valero Energy. Two years later Mr. Walling formed Whitehawk Consulting.  Mr. Walling has advised management of some of the world's largest companies through their most critical enterprise changes. His past clients include ExxonMobil Refining & Marketing, ExxonMobil Chemical, Reliant Energy, Halliburton, Tesoro Petroleum,  FMC Technologies, Cameron, Tyson Foods, City of Houston, Tyco International,   PriceWaterhouseCoopers and numerous others world class organizations.

Robin Snasdel - Attorney & advisor
 Mr Snasdel is a former  Manager with Arthur Andersen, LLP. His expertise includes strategy development, process improvement, system selection and design, system testing and implementation, matter management, e-billing, operations review, document management, and litigation support.

Robin's experience also includes technology review, benchmarking, performance measurement, conversion management, training development and delivery, customer and market analysis, gap analysis, change management and project management. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and holds a J.D. from The University of Houston.

Kelly Walling - Attorney & advisor
 Ms. K.C. Walling is Vice President and General Counsel of Conder Capital and the wife of R.T. Walling. She graduated eighth in her class from Vanderbilt University in 1990 and in the top 10% of the Texas Tech School of Law in 1993. She has practiced commercial litigation and corporate law in Dallas and Houston for the last 15 years.
