$3 - $20 million in annual sales

Company Type

All types. Most interested in services businesses, manufacturing companies and highly focused companies servicing niche markets. Information services, food processing and industrial products manufacturers are of special interest.

Structure

Both control and minority investments. We invest in management buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth financings, and consolidations. We are interested in companies where the owner exits or chooses to stay in some capacity.
